Though selling a home can be very stressful, I found that working with Ronnie, the experience was made much more pleasant. His true business approach to selling a home was evident from our first meeting. From listing to close, everything occurred in just the fashion that Ronnie had suggested.
Ronnie's attention to detail in everything from staging the home, to the way in which it was advertised and marketed, was "kee" in my reaching my target sales price for which we discussed in great detail at our first meeting.
Ronnie indicated that homes in my neighborhood based on published comps., were averaging 60-70 days on the market and were selling for about 97%-98% of the listing price.
Needless to say, on the 61st day after listing the home with Inner Loop Living, I had 2 written contracts and yet a 3rd verbal offer to purchase my house. The final purchase price was right in the range of 98% of my listing price.
From our initial meeting through the closing process, I had complete confidence in Ronnie's knowledge of the market and ability to execute based on the metrics he set forth. He handled the sale of my home with priority, as if it was the only listing that he was working. (though I know this not to be the case)
As a side note, my home was listed for over 4 months with another Houston real estate broker before I solicited Ronnie Kee and Inner Loop Living to sell my home. Ronnie was able to sell my house for more money than the original broker had it listed for during previous 4 month period.
If you are looking to sell a home and want to be comfortable in knowing that you are dealing with a true real estate professional, I would recommend Inner Loop Living and Ronnie Kee without hesitation or reservation.
